SCC Carriage Tours

This is a service offered by The Shenandoah Carriage Company, LLC to make carriage and wagon rides more affordable and accessible to our clients. We can do so by eliminating the cost and time to load and transport horses, the carriage and staff to an off site location. This service allows us to harness at the farm and drive the carriage to a local park for a 30 minute ride in and around the surrounding area.

SCC Carriage Tours offers three options:

ROCKLAND PARK PRE-SCHEDULED CARRIAGE RIDE: We can meet you at Rockland Park in Front Royal, VA on a pre-scheduled day and time of your choosing based on availability. You can choose between one of our vis-a-vis carriages or the Cinderella. Both hold 4 adults comfortably. If you have more then 4, we can bring a wagon for up to 6 adults. Additional space can be made for children if they can squeeze in or sit on laps. The price of this option is $200 for a 30 minute ride.

GIFT CERTIFICATE FOR CARRIAGE RIDE: We can issue a carriage ride gift certificate for a ride from Rockland Park for a day and time to be selected later by the gift recipient. The gift recipient can choose between one of our vis-a-vis carriages or the Cinderella. Both hold 4 adults comfortably. If there are more then 4, we can bring a wagon for up to 6 adults. Additional space can be made for children if they can squeeze in or sit on laps. The price of this option is $200 for a 30 minute ride.

OFF-SITE CARRIAGE RIDES: We will, on occasion, schedule a special carriage ride day at various venues with pre-paid time slots. We will choose the day and time and the carriage and advertise the event on FaceBook. The cost will be $100 for a 20 minute ride for 4.
